Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, GxP).
• Optimize workflow, implement lean practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and cost‑control metrics.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of material handling tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a regulated medical‑device or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
