Job Summary

Purview Infotech is seeking an experienced CISO Cyber Security Specialist for a 12‑month hybrid contract in Wilmington, New Castle County, US. The role involves gap assessments, remediation planning, and overseeing penetration testing for client networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gap assessments against client cyber policies and standards.
• Develop and prioritize remediation plans to close identified security gaps.
• Record and track gaps and risks within the client’s governance framework until closure.
• Coordinate and manage penetration testing of Best Egg networks, applications, and third‑party integrations.
• Perform security reviews, risk analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with security best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership, preferably as a CISO or senior security specialist.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Hands‑on experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.

Location: Wilmington, Delaware – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 months (contract)
Salary: $120,995.47 per year
