Paid Social Manager

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising from its Norwich, Norfolk headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive lead generation and sales.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: audience research, creative brief, ad set structure, bidding strategy, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the wider PPC and performance‑marketing team to ensure cross‑channel consistency and maximise ROI.
• Analyse data using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and internal dashboards; provide actionable insights and weekly performance updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain budget control, forecast spend, and ensure campaigns stay within the allocated financial parameters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity, recommending innovative tactics.
• Work closely with creative, copy and design teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives that align with brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in the home‑improvement, retail or B2C sector.
• Proven track record of scaling Meta ad spend while improving cost‑per‑lead and return on ad spend.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Meta Ads Manager, PowerBI/Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of broader PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visual and copy assets.
