About This Position
Focus Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its specialist consultancy team supporting financial services clients in West London, London. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £50,000‑£60,000 and the chance to work strategically with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full‑cycle HR consultancy to financial services clients, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programmes on compliance, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support clients with HR policy development, HRIS implementation and change‑management initiatives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Focus Resourcing team to grow the consultancy’s client portfolio.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to work client‑facing, delivering strategic advice and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or higher) is desirable.
