Key Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of uPVC windows and doors for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose faults, provide accurate quotations and complete work to first‑time‑right standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answering queries and explaining product features and warranty terms.
• Maintain detailed service records and update company systems after each visit.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify upsell opportunities and improve service processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Window and Door Engineer or similar role, specifically with uPVC products.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques, fixing systems and warranty procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel within the Hextable/Swanley area.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
