Qualifications & Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE‑accredited program.
  • Active pharmacist license in Louisiana.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics Pharmacy (BCPS) preferred.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of neonatal pharmacokinetics, drug safety, and compounding standards.
  • Excellent communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork skills.
