You are the frontline ambassador of our renowned restaurant. You’ll manage a curated section in our elegant yet energetic dining room, guiding guests through our innovative seasonal menu and award-winning wine list.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Deliver seamless, anticipatory service that turns first-time visitors into loyal regulars.
• Master our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to tell compelling stories and make expert recommendations.
• Execute flawless table settings, timely food and beverage delivery, and meticulous table turns during peak service.

• 1+ years of experience in a full-service, casual-fine dining restaurant.
• Certification in alcohol service (TIPS, ServSafe, etc.).

Compensation & Earnings Potential

We believe in transparent, fair pay that rewards exceptional performance. Your earnings are a combination of a solid hourly base and significant tip income.

• Base Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and role level).
• Estimated Annual Salary Range: $28,000 – $45,000+ USD/year. (This is a conservative estimate based on a 30-hour week. High performers in our prime shifts consistently earn toward the upper end or beyond through tips and service charges.)
• Tip Pool: We operate a fair, transparent tip pool model based on hours worked and role contribution, ensuring everyone benefits from a successful service.
• Paid Training: Comprehensive onboarding period at your base hourly rate.
