About the Role

As a Venture Partner, you will act as an extension of our investment team, leveraging your network and industry expertise to identify disruptive opportunities. This fully remote position empowers you to work from any U.S. location, giving you the flexibility to travel for meetings, attend demo days, and engage with portfolio companies without a traditional office constraint.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate early‑stage investment opportunities in technology, health‑tech, fintech, and emerging markets.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Present investment theses to the General Partners and contribute to final investment decisions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and board member for portfolio companies, helping them scale operations, raise follow‑on capital, and achieve product‑market fit.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, startup events, and virtual pitch sessions to expand our deal pipeline.
• Collaborate with the internal investment team to refine sourcing strategies and improve portfolio performance metrics.

Requirements & Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or as a founder/CEO of a high‑growth startup.
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing deals that generated strong returns.
• Deep network of founders, angels, and industry experts across the United States.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities—comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for mentoring entrepreneurs and a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies.

Compensation & Salary Range

We offer a performance‑driven compensation package that aligns with the upside of successful investments:

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 USD per year (commensurate with experience).
• Profit‑Share / Carried Interest: 5% – 10% of carried interest on deals you lead.
