About the Role

As a Venture Partner, you will be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact investments. Your primary responsibility is to source and manage a robust portfolio of early-stage and growth-stage companies, leveraging deep industry expertise and an extensive network. You will provide critical strategic guidance to founders, help structure deals, and actively contribute to portfolio company success through board participation and operational support. This role demands exceptional judgment, relationship-building skills, and a passion for identifying transformative opportunities within the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across target sectors (e.g., AI, biotech, fintech, SaaS).
• Developing and executing the firm’s investment thesis and strategy.
• Providing hands-on mentorship, strategic advice, and operational support to portfolio company founders and executives.
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential founders, limited partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Participating actively in board meetings and driving value creation initiatives.
• Reporting on portfolio performance and market trends to the investment committee.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with a proven track record in venture capital, private equity, or corporate development, ideally with 8+ years of experience. A track record of successful investments and a deep understanding of scaling technology businesses are essential. You must possess exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a significant plus.
