About the Role

As a Venture Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investments across our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with our founding team and existing partners to conduct rigorous due diligence, negotiate deal terms, and provide hands-on support to portfolio companies. Your insights will directly impact our investment thesis and portfolio strategy, requiring a blend of financial rigor, operational understanding, and a keen eye for market opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities across our target sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential portfolio companies, assessing market potential, team strength, and financial viability.
• Negotiate and structure investment terms, including valuation and board representation, in alignment with our fund strategy.
• Provide active, hands-on support to portfolio companies, including strategic guidance, operational oversight, and access to our network.
• Collaborate with the investment team and portfolio companies to monitor performance and drive value creation.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our overall investment strategy and thesis.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven experience as a Venture Partner, General Partner, or equivalent role within a venture capital firm, corporate VC, or growth equity fund.
• A strong track record of sourcing, evaluating, and successfully investing in early-stage and growth-stage technology or deep-tech companies.
• Deep expertise in a specific sector (e.g., SaaS, AI, Fintech, HealthTech) and a demonstrated ability to identify disruptive trends and market gaps.
• Exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and the ability to make sound investment decisions under uncertainty.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with founders and other investors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment rationale clearly.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
