About the Role

As a Truck Driver with our team, you will be the vital link in our supply chain, responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of freight across the Midwest and beyond. You’ll operate well-maintained late-model tractors (primarily automatic transmissions) and handle a variety of dry van and flatbed loads. This is a CDL Class A position with a focus on regional routes, meaning you’ll be home most weekends. We prioritize driver safety and comfort above all else.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections with meticulous attention to detail.
• Secure and manage cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and industry knowledge, adhering to all DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with dispatch and safety managers.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and customer service at delivery points.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).

• Proven ability to read and understand shipping documents and maps.

• Experience with flatbed or step-deck trailers.
• Twic Card (for certain dedicated accounts).
