About the Role

You are the architect of unforgettable experiences. Working from our remote-first hub with optional access to our NYC office, you will manage a portfolio of clients from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up. Using your deep destination knowledge and our premium supplier network, you’ll design and book complex, multi-destination trips that exceed expectations. Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover client dreams, budgets, and travel styles.
  • Craft detailed, visually compelling itineraries using our proprietary tools and global supplier relationships.
  • Book flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and unique experiences via GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) and direct supplier portals.
  • Provide expert advice on visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and seamless logistics.
  • Manage all pre-departure client communication and serve as the primary point of contact for any in-trip issues.
  • Build lasting relationships to secure repeat business and powerful referrals.

What You Bring

We seek a passionate, sales-oriented professional with a proven track record in travel or a related high-touch service industry. You are a natural storyteller, an organized problem-solver, and genuinely obsessed with global travel.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in travel sales, luxury hospitality, or a consultative sales role. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Knowledge: Deep, personal travel experience in at least two major world regions (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America). Ability to speak passionately about destinations.
  • Skills: Mastery of at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport). Expert in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and obsessed with client delight. You thrive on solving complex puzzles and creating “wow” moments.
  • Preferred: Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or similar designation. Fluency in a second language.
