About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle of large‑scale renewable energy installations. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and resource plans in partnership with senior leadership.
• Coordinate engineering design, permitting, and construction activities across multiple sites.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep milestones on track.
• Prepare detailed status reports and present findings to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive project engineering experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $10 million and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong command of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
