About the Role

We seek a visionary Senior Electrical Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems for our flagship renewable energy projects. This role demands deep expertise in power systems analysis, circuit design, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification, and testing of electrical components and systems for large-scale renewable energy installations (solar, wind, storage).
• Perform detailed electrical load calculations, power system studies, and fault analysis for new and existing infrastructure.
• Ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEEE standards, and relevant local building codes.
• Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and project management teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and presentations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S. may be considered with extensive experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with significant expertise in renewable energy systems.
• Proven track record of leading the design and execution of major electrical projects.
• Extensive knowledge of power systems analysis (load flow, short circuit, coordination), power electronics, and control systems.
• Deep understanding of NEC Article 690 (Solar), Article 705 (Interconnections), and relevant wind energy standards.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, SKM, or similar power system analysis software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
