About the Role

As a Senior Attorney at our prestigious New York firm, you will spearhead high-stakes corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, and sophisticated contract negotiations. You’ll provide strategic legal counsel to Fortune 500 clients, manage intricate litigation matters from inception through resolution, and develop innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. Your role demands exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to lead significant projects and mentor junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate law, with a proven track record in complex transactions and litigation.
• Active and in good standing membership with the New York State Bar Association.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft persuasive briefs and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking to navigate complex legal issues and provide sound business advice.
• Proven leadership experience, including the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
• Advanced proficiency with legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management systems.
