About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead complex litigation matters from inception through trial, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

- Develop and implement litigation strategies, manage case budgets, and coordinate with expert witnesses and investigators.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals within the litigation team.

Qualifications
We require a candidate with:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York State Bar.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record in complex corporate or commercial disputes.
- Extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
