About the Role

As our Safety Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our safety strategy. You’ll develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA regulations and company policies. Your primary focus will be on identifying hazards, conducting thorough investigations, and driving continuous improvement in our safety performance. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure safe work practices are ingrained in every task. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex regulations into actionable safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive safety experience, with at least 3 years in a construction or industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry certification.
• Proven experience developing and managing safety programs, including incident investigation and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards (General Industry, Construction, or Maritime) and relevant state regulations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and audits.
