What You’ll Do Every Day

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that turns shoppers into loyal brand advocates.
• Master product knowledge across our apparel, footwear, and equipment lines to provide expert advice.
• Proactively engage customers, demonstrate products, and process sales with efficiency and a smile.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is inviting and organized.
• Manage inventory tasks like receiving, stocking, and cycle counts to keep the store running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.

Requirements: Who You Are

We’re looking for candidates who bring energy and integrity to our team. Prior retail experience is a plus, but your attitude and aptitude are what truly matter.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented field.
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills. You can talk to anyone.
• A genuine, upbeat personality and a desire to help people.
• Basic math and computer skills for POS operation and inventory management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Personal passion for the outdoors, hiking, camping, or fitness activities.
• Previous experience with commission-based sales structures.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve Seattle’s diverse community.

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (Total Earnings Potential)
This range represents a realistic annual earning potential for a successful Salesperson, combining an hourly base rate with uncapped commission and incentives. Top performers consistently earn at the higher end of this spectrum and beyond.
