About the Role

We are a forward-thinking, Florida-based telehealth mental health provider dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality psychiatric care. We are actively seeking a highly qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team. This is a **100% Remote** position, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home or preferred location within Florida. You will collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists and therapists to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and manage personalized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and offer evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth platforms.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized psychiatric treatment plans.

Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including complex cases.

Provide individual and group psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, supportive therapy).

Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers.

Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records.
*

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development.

Requirements

**Education:** Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.

**Certification:** Current, active, and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification. (Note: If not currently certified, willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe is required).

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of direct psychiatric nursing experience, preferably in outpatient settings or telehealth.

**Licensure:** Valid Florida RN license.
*

**Certification:** Current PMHNP-BC certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Skills:** Exceptional clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and medication management skills. Strong telehealth proficiency and patient communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
