About the Role

As our Medical and Health Services Manager, you will be the strategic backbone of our healthcare delivery system. Working entirely remotely, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of medical and health services across our network. Your primary focus will be ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare service plans and policies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless service delivery across virtual platforms.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, patient satisfaction data, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree may be considered with significant relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, including 3 years in a leadership role managing clinical or administrative services. Experience in a remote or hybrid setting is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Current RN license (if applicable) and/or relevant certifications such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified in Healthcare Management (CHM) are preferred.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency with healthcare management software and data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.
