About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Freight, Stock, and Material Mover to support our nationwide distribution network. In this role you will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely movement of goods across multiple facilities. Working remotely, you will collaborate with warehouse teams, transportation partners, and customer service units to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination

• Schedule and track freight loads using transportation management software.
• Update inventory databases and reconcile material movements.
• Communicate status updates to warehouse supervisors and dispatchers.

Process Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks in material flow and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Generate weekly performance reports for senior logistics managers.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in freight handling, inventory control, or material moving.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation
