About the Role

In this remote Freight, Stock, and Material Mover position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of freight, stock, and materials. Your core duties will include receiving, verifying, and storing incoming shipments, accurately organizing inventory within designated storage areas, preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch, and utilizing specialized equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks as required. You will work closely with our logistics coordinators and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders, all while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming freight and stock, verifying quantities and conditions against shipping manifests.
• Organize, store, and maintain inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse zones using barcode scanners or manual tracking systems.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by loading/unloading goods onto trucks, pallets, or containers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory records match physical stock levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics coordinators to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline processes.

Requirements

Qualifications
