Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their virtual or delivery dining experience via chat, email, and video call.
• Guide customers through menu selections, pairing suggestions, and special dietary accommodations before their meal arrives.
• Coordinate precisely timed order logistics between our kitchen network, third-party delivery services, and the customer.
• Proactively check in during meals to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues instantly.

Salary Range:

$45,000 – $65,000 USD per year, based on experience and performance.
