What You’ll Do Each Shift:

• Host 60-90 minute guided dining experiences for 1-4 guests per session via Zoom or a proprietary video platform.

• Read the room! Adjust your pacing and engagement based on guest cues—whether they want lively conversation or quiet appreciation.
• Manage the seamless flow between courses, coordinating discreetly with the kitchen’s logistics team.
• Process digital payments and gratuities effortlessly through our integrated system at the experience’s conclusion.

Salary & Earning Potential

Estimated Annual Base Salary Range: $30,000 – $45,000 USD/year (based on 20-30 hours/week of scheduled shifts).

Total Compensation Potential: With consistent bookings and exceptional service, top performers in this role earn between $45,000 – $65,000+ USD/year when combining base pay and tips. Your charisma, expertise, and ability to create “wow” moments directly influence your tip income.

Essential Requirements:
