- Deliver completed transcripts via the company platform or shared doc within agreed deadlines (usually within 24–72 hours).
- Mark unclear audio and flag content that needs review; follow privacy and content safety rules when handling materials.
Basic Requirements
- Fluent English with good listening and typing skills (45+ WPM is helpful but not mandatory).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace; basic computer literacy (Google Docs or MS Word).
