About the Role

In this position you will act as a bridge between our fund and the startup ecosystem, identifying promising deals, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies. You will operate independently but remain tightly integrated with our partners, analysts, and limited partner community, all while enjoying the autonomy of a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source deal flow through personal networks, industry events, and online communities.
• Lead initial screenings and deep‑dive due diligence on seed‑stage and Series A opportunities.
• Prepare investment memos, present findings to the investment committee, and negotiate term sheets.
• Provide hands‑on mentorship to portfolio founders on product‑market fit, go‑to‑market strategy, and fundraising.
• Monitor portfolio performance, assist with follow‑on financing, and help plan exit strategies.
• Represent the firm at conferences, demo days, and founder meet‑ups to strengthen brand visibility.
• Contribute to internal processes, including deal sourcing pipelines, reporting, and ESG considerations.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of venture capital, angel investing, startup operations, or senior product leadership.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing early‑stage investments with measurable returns.
• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with financial modeling, cap table analysis, and market sizing.
• Exceptional networking skills and an established founder/angel network within at least one high‑growth sector (e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthtech, deep tech).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑starter mindset with the discipline to manage multiple deals remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
