About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute high‑potential investment opportunities in target sectors.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence, including market sizing, financial modeling, and founder assessments.
• Negotiate term sheets and lead deal structuring while collaborating with the general partners.
• Provide strategic guidance, operational support, and board-level mentorship to portfolio companies.
• Represent the fund at industry events, webinars, and virtual pitch sessions to expand deal flow.
• Track performance metrics and generate quarterly reports for LPs and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or as a founder/executive in a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing successful early‑stage investments.
• Deep expertise in at least one technology vertical (e.g., AI, SaaS, fintech, healthtech).
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build detailed financial models.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
• Network of founders, angels, and industry experts across North America and/or Europe.

Salary & Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000 USD per year (base) + carried interest & performance bonuses aligned with fund returns.
