About the Role

In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and making decisive recommendations to our investment committee. You will also work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance, facilitate networking, and drive value creation. Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Evaluation

Proactively identify and evaluate early-stage technology startups across sectors such as SaaS, AI/ML, fintech, and healthtech. Lead the end-to-end investment process from initial screening to closing, ensuring rigorous analysis of market potential, team strength, financial projections, and product differentiation. You will be expected to originate a high volume of qualified opportunities and lead complex negotiations.

Portfolio Support & Value Creation

Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, offering operational expertise, introductions to key partners (customers, talent, follow-on investors), and strategic counsel on scaling, fundraising, and exit planning. Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for follow-on investments. Your active involvement will directly contribute to the success and growth of our investments.

Network Development & Firm Representation

Cultivate and leverage a robust, global network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, academics, and co-investors to enhance deal flow and collaborative opportunities. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and founder gatherings (virtual or in-person when applicable). You will be a key ambassador, building our brand and credibility in the innovation ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a senior operational role (e.g., VP of Product, Business Development) at a successful technology company.
• Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and closing investments with successful exits (IPO, M&A). Demonstrated ability to win competitive deals.
• Deep expertise and an established network in one or more technology sectors (e.g., enterprise software, developer tools, climate tech, frontier tech).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience with financial modeling and term sheet negotiation.

The Opportunity & Compensation

This is a senior partnership or principal-level role with a competitive, performance-driven compensation package. We offer a base salary range of $180,000 – $300,000 USD/year plus a meaningful share of carried interest from the fund’s profits, aligning your success directly with the firm’s and our portfolio’s performance.
