About the Role

We are looking for skilled and reliable Truck Drivers to operate our company-owned tractor-trailers for regional and intermodal freight hauling. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for planning efficient routes, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, performing basic vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate logs. You’ll have the autonomy to choose your home base within Florida and manage your own dispatch and delivery schedule, leveraging our robust digital platform for real-time coordination and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B Commercial Motor Vehicles (CDL) safely and efficiently on Florida roads and beyond.
• Plan and execute daily routes, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic logging device (ELD) records.
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
• Ensure the secure loading and unloading of freight according to specified procedures.

Requirements

To excel in this role and operate safely as a Remote Truck Driver, you must possess:

• A valid Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (Class A preferred).
• A clean driving record with no preventable accidents or serious traffic violations for the past 3 years.
• At least 2 years of verifiable, recent experience operating tractor-trailers in a professional capacity.
• Proven ability to navigate complex route planning and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all federal and state regulations (FMCSA rules).
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
