About the Role

As a Remote Fleet Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our drivers and operations center, using your firsthand knowledge of the road to optimize delivery schedules, provide real-time support to drivers, and ensure exceptional service for our clients. What You’ll Do

• Monitor and coordinate delivery routes for a fleet of over 200 trucks across multiple states
• Provide real-time guidance to drivers on route optimization, traffic conditions, and weather challenges
• Communicate with clients to provide delivery updates and resolve any scheduling concerns
• Utilize advanced GPS and logistics software to track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
• Assist drivers with navigation, rest stop recommendations, and fuel optimization strategies
• Document driver hours, vehicle maintenance needs, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to adjust schedules based on changing customer demands

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial truck driving experience (Class A CDL preferred)
• Strong knowledge of federal DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proficiency with technology including GPS systems, smartphones, and computer software
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
• Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection

Availability

• Must be available for shift work including some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace during scheduled hours
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
