What You’ll Actually Do (The Good Stuff)

• Drive assigned, dedicated routes primarily within Texas borders (some regional runs may extend to bordering states but always with a daily/nightly home time guarantee).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on a well-maintained, late-model fleet.
• Load and unload freight at customer locations with equipment like pallet jacks (no heavy manual lifting required).
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic logs (ELDs) accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and safety managers.
• Be home for dinner with your family, your child’s soccer game, or just to relax in your own space—every night.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (we will consider recent CDL graduates with a clean record and a positive attitude for our training program).
• Must be a legal resident of the state of Texas and able to commute to one of our primary terminals in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin areas.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience with dry van or refrigerated trailers.
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• A history of safe driving and stable employment.
