About the Role: Drive Remotely, Live Fully

This isn’t a traditional over-the-road position. As a Remote Truck Driver, you’ll operate within a dedicated regional corridor, typically completing runs that allow you to return home every few days or weekly. You’ll be based out of your personal residence, and our intelligent dispatch system assigns loads starting or ending near your home zip code. You’ll handle diverse freight—from dry van to refrigerated goods—in modern, well-maintained company trucks. This model eliminates the need for costly relocation and maximizes your home time, making it ideal for drivers with families or a strong preference for community ties.

A Typical Week in the Life

• Monday: Start your week with a pre-trip inspection at home, then hit the road for a 1-2 day regional run.
• Midweek: Complete deliveries, communicate with 24/7 dispatch support, and enjoy planned rest periods in comfortable truck stops.
• Weekend: Return home for a guaranteed 34-48 hour reset, spending quality time with loved ones.

Requirements: Proven Skill & Home-Based Reliability

We seek professional, safety-conscious drivers who thrive in a remote-work structure. Candidates must:

• Hold a valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record (no major violations in last 3 years).
• Possess at least 24 months of verifiable, recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a comprehensive DOT physical and drug screen.
• Reside permanently within one of our active service regions. We currently prioritize recruitment in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. If your home address falls within a 200-mile radius of a major metro in these states, you’re likely eligible.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude for pre/post-trip inspections and reliable personal communication (smartphone required).

Note: While you work remotely, your home location must be within our operational network to ensure efficient load assignments and compliance with hours-of-service regulations.

Compensation & Benefits: Partnering in Your Success

Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 USD/year. Pay is calculated via competitive per-mile rates ($0.58 – $0.75 CPM, based on experience and freight type) with guaranteed weekly minimums. Additional earnings come from detention pay, layover compensation, and performance/safety bonuses.
