About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone, email, and video chat to understand travel preferences and budget.
• Research and curate customized itineraries that include flights, lodging, ground transportation, excursions, and travel protection.
• Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and supplier portals to secure the best rates and availability.
• Provide proactive updates on travel advisories, visa requirements, and health guidelines.
• Resolve itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergencies with calm, solution‑focused communication.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and meet monthly sales and satisfaction targets.
• Stay current on destination trends through familiarization trips, webinars, and industry publications.

Requirements
