About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations via video call, phone, or email to capture client goals, budgets, and preferences.
- Design and book complex, customized international and domestic travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and unique experiences).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive, personalized service before, during, and after their trips.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel advisories to provide expert, trustworthy advice.
- Navigate global distribution systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport, and leverage our booking platforms efficiently.
- Handle all aspects of customer service, including changes, cancellations, and unexpected travel disruptions with calm professionalism.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of ethical travel consulting.
