About the Role

As a Remote Travel Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking personalized journeys. Your responsibilities include:

• Consulting clients to understand their travel goals, budget, and preferences.
• Researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to curate bespoke itineraries.
• Negotiating rates, securing reservations, and managing travel logistics.
• Providing pre‑departure support, real‑time assistance, and post‑trip follow‑up.
• Collaborating with internal partners and third‑party suppliers to deliver seamless experiences.

All of this will be done via email, video calls, and our cloud‑based booking platform, ensuring you can work from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in travel planning, tourism, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa regulations, and travel insurance.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Concur.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self‑motivation, organizational prowess, and a knack for problem‑solving in a remote environment.

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory if you can demonstrate equivalent experience.
