• Create detailed itineraries, including day‑to‑day schedules, booking confirmations, and travel documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and exclusive perks.
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after trips to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel planning, tourism, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Expedia) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
