Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Adviser, Tour Operator, or similar role within the travel industry (minimum 3 years).
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.
• In-depth knowledge of global destinations, including cultural nuances, popular attractions, and emerging travel trends.
• Proficiency in using modern booking systems, CRM platforms, and travel management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently within a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Relevant travel industry certifications (e.g., CLIA, IATA) are highly desirable.
