About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate travel enthusiast who loves to research, plan, and share travel experiences. In this fully remote position, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and marketing specialists to deliver curated travel packages, destination guides, and real‑time support to our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via email, chat, and video calls to understand their travel goals, budget constraints, and preferences.
• Create customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of travel trends, visa requirements, health advisories, and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance our recommendation engine and user interface.
• Provide post‑trip follow‑ups, collect feedback, and recommend future trips.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel planning, tourism, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Expedia) and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable travel insights.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC).

Salary & Compensation
