About the Role

As a Remote Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing site conditions, and producing accurate reports and maps using cutting-edge surveying equipment and software. Your work will directly support architects, engineers, and construction teams in planning and executing projects efficiently and safely. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Surveyor or Land Surveyor (minimum 2 years)
• Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, robotic total stations)
• Expertise in surveying software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Leica Geosystems software)
• Strong understanding of Florida land laws, zoning regulations, and construction standards
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space
