About the Role

As a Remote Surveyor, you will be the critical link between project conception and physical reality. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate land surveys for construction, engineering, and mapping projects using total stations, GPS RTK, and other modern equipment.
• Process and analyze field data using industry-standard software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or ArcGIS.
• Prepare detailed plats, maps, boundary surveys, and legal descriptions that meet all state and local regulations.
• Conduct thorough research of public records, deeds, and historical maps to verify property information.

What We’re Looking For

We need a self-motivated professional who is as comfortable in the field as they are in front of a computer. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess the following:

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Surveying Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Active Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
