About the Role

ABC Land Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Surveyor to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, analyzing geographic data, and providing critical insights for a wide range of land development projects. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough land surveys using GPS, total stations, and digital mapping tools to establish property boundaries and features.
• Analyze survey data and geographic information systems (GIS) to create detailed topographical maps and land plans.
• Ensure all survey work adheres to state and local regulations, zoning laws, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, engineers, and architects to provide timely and accurate survey findings.
• Utilize specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS) for data processing and reporting.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional surveying experience, with a proven track record in land development projects.
• Current Florida Land Surveyor License (LS) or eligibility to obtain one.
