Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Your daily mission is to maintain flawless inventory integrity and order flow. You will:

• Accurately receive, process, and fulfill customer and client orders using our proprietary warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform systematic cycle counts and reconcile physical vs. digital inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods reports, and order exceptions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with distribution center leads and shipping departments via email and internal chat platforms.
• Generate and review daily reports on stock levels, order status, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to all data security and confidentiality protocols while working remotely.

What We Require
