About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages experiencing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with a diverse patient population, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from strokes or traumatic brain injuries, and individuals with neurological conditions affecting their communication abilities.

This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong technological proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care through virtual platforms. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document treatment progress accurately, and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments using standardized testing tools and clinical observations

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (multi-state licensure preferred)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience

Technical & Skills Requirements

Salary Range

$75,000 – $95,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience, credentials, and schedule)

Speech-Language Pathologists with specialized certifications, multi-state licensure, and extensive experience may qualify for compensation at the higher end of this range. Performance bonuses and incentives are also available for eligible clinicians.
