- Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with caregivers, school staff, and other members of the client’s support team.
- Adhere to all state licensing regulations, ASHA guidelines, and company policies.

- Master’s degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-CCC clinical experience, with a strong preference for pediatric and/or school-based experience.
- Proven ability to manage a full-time caseload (approximately 25-30 billable hours/week) independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet, private home office space, and a computer that meets our technical specifications.
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn our specific platforms (Zoom for Healthcare, TheraPlatform, etc.).
Highly Desired Attributes:
- Experience with teletherapy and a comfort with digital tools and games.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes and school-based documentation.
- Certification in or experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
