Imagine a career where you unlock communication and transform lives, all from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our fully remote clinical team, providing essential telehealth services to a diverse client base across the United States. If you’re ready to leverage your expertise in a flexible, technology-driven environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth, this is your opportunity.

About the Role & Your Impact

As a pivotal member of our virtual therapy team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech, language, and swallowing therapy via secure video conferencing. You will serve clients of all ages—from toddlers with early language delays to adults recovering from neurological events—in schools, clinics, and home-based settings. This is not just a job; it’s a mission to bridge gaps in access to care. You will thrive here if you are a self-motivated clinician who excels in digital communication and is passionate about making high-quality therapy accessible to everyone, regardless of geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring for assigned caseload.
  • Create and implement engaging, goal-oriented treatment plans aligned with client/family objectives.
  • Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate virtually with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and ASHA standards in a telepractice setting.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: Requirements

We need a qualified, licensed professional ready for the unique dynamics of remote therapy. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with technology as they are with therapeutic techniques.

Essential Credentials & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Active, unrestricted SLP license in at least one U.S. state (with willingness to pursue additional state licenses as needed; we support the process!).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience (pediatric and/or adult experience valued).
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

Core Skills & Tech Savviness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for digital interaction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a flexible, independent schedule.
  • Proficiency with computers, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Teams), and basic troubleshooting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, a dedicated quiet workspace, a webcam, and a headset.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and commitment to client privacy in a virtual setting.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Your expertise is valuable. We offer a highly competitive compensation structure to reflect your skill and dedication.

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, license portfolio, and caseload.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (employee contribution required), 401(k) with company match, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid professional development/CEU allowance.
  • Support: You are not alone. We provide a company-provided laptop, a stipend for home office equipment/internet, and access to a library of digital therapy materials and assessments.
  • Flexibility: True work-from-home freedom. Build your schedule around your life, with options for part-time or full-time hours.
  • Growth: Opportunities for clinical leadership roles, mentorship, and specialization within our expanding service lines.
