About the Role

As a Remote Shift Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones and teams. This isn’t your typical supervisory role—you’ll be empowered to innovate, solve problems in real-time, and shape how our remote workforce collaborates. You’ll report directly to our Operations Director and work alongside a talented group of team leads to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee daily shift operations across remote team members in various time zones
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to team members during their shifts
  • Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution of customer or internal challenges
  • Create and maintain shift schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity
  • Collaborate with other managers to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team leads and individual contributors
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and operational metrics

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a remote or contact center environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through digital channels
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Experience using project management and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana, or similar platforms)
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace

Salary and Compensation
