About the Role

As a Remote Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations for a team of remote employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards. Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or management role (1-3 years preferred)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Salary & Compensation

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience)

Additionally, eligible team members may receive performance bonuses, overtime pay, and annual salary reviews based on performance and tenure.
