About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience servicing residential appliances (HVAC, refrigeration, laundry, or cooking equipment).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and appliance control boards.
• Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools, video‑call platforms, and ticketing/CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to non‑technical customers.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a remote workload with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload).
• EPA 608 certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.
