About the Role

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar role resolving technical issues remotely.
  • Strong proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
