About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Diagnostics
- Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and chat.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent military/industry experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or IT repair roles.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical or computer-based systems.
- Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, plus networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Self-motivated with impeccable time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A quiet, professional home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload).
Preferred Skills
